A few things you can do a head of time to help us make the project run smoothly:
- Remove furnishings and fragile items from the area of construction (better safe than sorry!)
- Mow the lawn and/or remove leaves if exterior work is planned. This will help protect the lawn and make it easier for the site to be kept clean and safe.
- Allow for the storage of materials and tools at the jobsite. Large deliveries may need to be stored on site prior to installation.
- Anticipate parking requirements and deliveries by large construction trucks.
- Make your selections for fixtures and finishes as soon as possible.
- If you have small children, warn them of the potential dangers of a construction site and always supervise them on the site.
- Plan for the disruptions remodeling may have on your family, pets, services and deliveries.
- Have your financing in order to coincide with the payement schedule of the project.
Please feel free to notify TWH of any special needs or concerns your family may have about the project and it's affect on your daily routine during construction.
