The remodeling process can be both challenging and rewarding! Thoughtful design, quality work and good communication will guarantee a successful project regardless of it’s size. When remodeling is in your future please consider the following:
Assemble your designs, sketches and specs for bid. Ideally you have blue prints so that all involved are reading from the same page. Short of that it is important to provide as many details as possible so your contractor understands the scope of the project and is able to provide an accurate estimate.
